I need my nose to be perfectly clean. I clean the nostrils, trim the hair in the nose. The nose is still not completely clean. I spread my nostrils with a hook and let you look inside to see if it's clean inside. I do some shots with an endoscopic camera to see my nasal mucosa up close.
