Ultra Girl is searching for a very mysterious and elusive foe in a place where very mysterious things have been taking place. She believes she is in the right place and soon enough it is clear that she is - suddenly an odd mist appears, spraying right into Ultra Girl's face. She coughs and wheezes, her eyes roll and she sways. She collapses to the floor, not moving.  When Ultra Girl comes to she is tied to a chair and her magic belt is missing. Without it most of Ultra Girl's powers are useless and she is very weak. She struggles to get out of the ropes until suddenly a mysterious nemesis appears. Ultra Girl seems to recognize this strange person, but she doesn't say their name and they are never seen. Ultra Girl seems very scared as things go black. Ultra Girl comes to again, still tied to the chair but now gagged with her leotard pulled down to show her breasts, more helpless than before and she looks tired from the struggling. She drools in the gag while she struggles but her best efforts are futile. It's of no use. It seems the mysterious nemesis has bested Ultra Girl...at least for now.
