I love huge natural tits, but I know that for some women, going the implant route is the only real way of achieving their ultimate goal, so I don't mind fake boobs because it's the sheer size of gigantic tits, that visual impact that massive breasts have, that really does it for me. Some can also appear strangely misshapen if not done correctly, even with nipples terribly misaligned, etc. Your breasts are fantastic so I wouldn't want to see them altered too much from their natural shape.
