You'd think that with all the videos I've done over the years, I'd never get nervous. Hah! This little strip-yoga video (thanks to the site members who suggested it!) is one example...if you're looking for an example of good yoga, well this isn't it ;-P That said, if you're looking to be amused at watching a woman doing a strip-version of yoga (and struggling mightily lol) then this is the video for you!
