An HR consultant has been called in to re-educate an employee for failing to respect women in the workplace. A harassment complaint was filed by a female co-worker, subsequently backed by seven other female employees who had similar experiences with the offender. The case has been investigated and proven beyond reasonable doubt. Normally the offender would be sacked and blacklisted throughout the industry and recruitment agencies. However, several of the women involved have described his actions as "more pathetic than menacing" and suggested that psychological re-education of "this sad little idiot" should be considered.
