I wear Speedos, swimcap, Goggles and a snorkel. First i go down and hold my Ass in the air. Then i turn on my back and take off the speedos, cap and goggles and start to mastrubate. I breath through the snorkel for the whole time i dont dive up for breathing. At the end i do a over 3min breathhold.
