
It's 3am in the morning and I desperately want to go to go to bed, but instead I lie awake hiccuping constantly. I've been doing it for the longest time. These aren't little hiccups either. They make my whole chest jump. I pull up my shirt to watch my diaphragm bounce with them at a point. It moves so much! I just want to rest. I even hiccup when I yawn, though. I may have to be awake all night. I really want to make them stop, so I try holding my breath. I even hiccup through that! It has no effect. If anything, it made things worse! I decide to then chug some water, but they still persist. Looks like my hiccups wont be going away anytime soon. I decide to go to bed anyway. Wish me luck
