Hand feeding is an amazing way to build a relationship with your new pup. We accomplish a few things by hand feeding. First, we establish that our pup should look to us for their needs, we are providers, not waiters. Secondly, you build a stong bond with your pup. Each bit of kibble releases oxytocin in your pups brain and each time you give the pup a bit of kibble you get a bump of that hormone. So hand feed!
