Peachy and Summer are both real estate agents and Peachy has had a pretty tough time recently. Peachy notices that Summer is ALWAYS making huge sales so she asks for some insight into how exactly she does this and her properties always sell for the asking price! Summer confesses she has a certain way of dealing with men and we flash back to her last sale, watching Summer convince a married man that he simply NEEDS this house. The man says he isn't really sold with the house and she strips down to her underwear and gets onto her knee's to convince him otherwise.
