A pair of gorgeous girls have both been encased in nylon from head to toe. Sealing them in are several wide bands of inescapable tape, even their eyes and mouths are wrapped shut with it. The villain rips the nylon from their feet, and begins tormenting them on their ticklish and helpless feet, then leaves them to struggle together.
