After grabbing a coffee, I light my first cigarette in the morning. That's when my lungs revolt from the hot smoke and I start coughing, hacking and wheezing. It usually happens mostly in the mornings where I chain smoke cigarettes, it's the only way I can wake up and start my day. No make up, bed head, pillow face, naked, yawning and raspy voice.
