Hey Guys! Welcome to my channel! If you are in a same and right mood for our little workout session let's GO! Training contains 3 parts: WARMUP / INTERVALS/ FINISHER. Timer with countdown for each intervals, low upbeat music, SPLIT SCREEN! No actual words as jerk off and etc., only action you have to follow just as me. Fast, slow, twist (grind) , tiny little pulses! and etc. All while I am either touching to warm up or riding big toy and squirting ( water break! for finisher).
