I previously injured a muscle in my left hip, and I have had regular appointments to my chiropractor over the summer months. He recommended that I do regular stretching to help with the healing. I stretch my legs and my hips using many different stretching techniques while I give you a view from different sides. I also stand up and down on my tippy toes to show you my calf muscles. It's amazing how much stretching has improved my situation, and I'm getting more flexible at the same time
