Tonight I decided I wanted to get in some light exercise before bed! Dressed in my short shorts and cropped sweatshirt with no bra, I begin doing crunches. My crunches are soon interrupted by a couple of juicy sneezes. I shake it off and continue my crunches, but once again I’m interrupted by sneezes. Concerned that the dust on the floor is making my allergies act up, I transition to a standing workouts: squats and jumping jacks! Both activities are quickly interrupted by powerful sneezes that send me running for tissue papers. Defeated, I try some simple stretching, but once again, my sneezes RUIN it! Why are my allergies so bad?!
