Sarah's concerned husband has checked her into the nympho asylum to be held for observation. Her clothes and bathroom privileges have been replaced with an ill-fitting gown and a diaper. There isn't much to do locked in a room alone with nothing but a bed. Somebody must be unhappy with the patient's behavior, as she's found herself strapped to the bed with medical restraints.
