I'm playing video games when suddenly I'm overwhelmed with the urge to go! It's really uncomfortable, but I don't want to stop because I'm not at a good save point. Strangely enough, I kinda start getting turned on by holding it and I start touching myself and my crampy belly at the same time. Finally I can't hold it anymore and I have to go to the toilet.
