Charlie has been slacking off on her chores around the house namely doing the dishes, her roommate Valerie is tired of seeing the mess and decides to teach Charlie a lesson. Valerie knows how sensitive Charlies feet are and uses this to get the point across that you need to be responsible and can't leave a mess around the house.
