I wasn't being cute, just getting a workout in. A little bloated lol or I gained - not sure. I fluctuate a lot. Anyway I have Left sided nerve damage on my entire left side from an accident which is why I struggle with balance. Then I was it in belly with a wheelchair at work coming down the stairs - tore and damaged my abdomen.. big scar.. I also tore the Right rotator cuff on that job - so when you see my workout - sometimes My injuries/nerve issues make it hard to do it properly or the same reps as the other side lol.. Just telling you. Did you notice? I like showing you how I get a workout in a small space with cheap equipment. I also walk trails. Hugs!
