After a few requests to do another capacity video I beat my recent video of 800ml. I knew my bladder could hold more than a liter but every time I went to record it was always shy so I pushed myself a bit more this time. Both cups are 500ml each plus a little in the third cup. You can see how full my bladder is as I show my bulge before I pee & even push on it.. it was literally as hard as a rock. Challenge me to hold more :)
