Exercise video in which I move around but also get tired and breath hard. I rotate through some exercises, a minute or so of each one then I go on to the next one. I take breaks as needed, I film the breaks too then I start again. You can hear me breathing hard and also see my chest heaving while doing it. I do exercises like burpees, high knees, tuck jumps, jump squats, mountain climbers, plank jacks, jumping jacks.
