Getting out in the fresh air early in the morning has never hurt anyone. So that the neighbors don't get a fright - if they see a small genital under my big belly - I prefer to keep my swimming trunks on. It's nice and pleasantly warm outside and so half-naked I feel very comfortable outside. I think enjoying my coffee on the porch.
