I am barefoot with my feet on a hardwood floor. I show you my high arches while my feet are flat on the floor. I spread my toes while flexing them upward off of the floor, then rest my foot back down on the floor. I flex my foot with my heels up as if I'm standing on my tippy toes. I hold the position for a while, then rest them back down on the floor. I scrunch my toes as tightly as I can for several seconds, then release them, and scrunch them tightly again several times. The video starts with a side view, then after 5 minutes it switches to a front view while showing all of the foot positions again. This video was filmed in 2013
