Lizzy is sitting on a chair in front of a table (or desk) and rubs (reference) her extremely outstretched palms together (putting her elbows on the table). She looks at them thinking about how much soft they are. She flexes her fingers backwards and massages her very spread palm with fingers and palm to palm (about 1 min). You approach to her from behind and looking at her hands. You love her soft palms so you bend beside her, take her hand (palm facing up) that should remains fully flexed, start to rub/massage it with your fingers and try to make her palm even more outstretched taking her fingers with your left hand and her thumb with your right hand (reference 1, reference 2). Push down her fingers and the thumb, so Lizzy's palm can be very spread, and start to kiss and smell it very strongly. Rub her palm with your nose (reference) using circular movements, sometimes use your fingers to massage her palm and kissing it after that. Sometimes let Lizzy flex her fingers/thumb on her own (reference). Lizzy has to try keeping her palm always outstretched as much as possible even when you aren't helping her to flex her fingers
