Thus today I'll show you some easy tricks how to avoid, block and efficiently escape any attack. Use anything you have in the pocket, belts can be very handy as well. However, my favorite technique, shapely and trained legs can easily defend and help you in any sticky situation. Train those legs, lift them high and leg that enemy straight into balls!
