Her heart rate is very high, and she is sweating. Suddenly her back arches, she groans, and her heart goes Vfib. The medical team starts the CPR immediately first by hand, then with the ResQCPR pump. They produce deep and strong chest compressions. The defibrillator is charged, the med team places the 3M defib pads but there is no response. They start ambu bagging her. Following a few cycles of resus procedure, the patient’s pulse returns to normal sinus rhythm, and she opens her eyes. The med team starts an ultrasonic exam of her belly. Everything seems normal. They check her vagina and the other doctor palpates her breasts. The med team connects breast milk pumps to her breasts and sucks out some milk.
