Step-Daddy, I know you've been worrying about me because I've been a little low lately. I've been hiding my feelings about someone for a long time, and it's been really hard for me. But I had a breakthrough with my therapist today - she told me my feelings are more normal than I thought, that it's not "issues" like you always hear people say.
