You've been in the hospital for months after an accident. You cannot speak, eat or move. I have been assigned to your care as a specialty nurse. Except, all I am going to do in your room is smoke cigarettes, watch tv and text my friends. You can't move or speak anyways. Are you even with it? I can see your eyes moving! I should tell your attending doctor that you have healed, but what's the point? I would rather treat this as a paid vacation. I come into your room to enjoy a pack of cigarettes and I get paid for it! What are you going to do about it? Nothing. All you can do is take my smoke in your face!
