I want to see your whole amazing belly at work. Take them off. While standing do belly pumps from each side and from the front. Next lie on the bed. Do belly pumps from each side again as you lie down with legs also down. And then from the front as you lie down. Maybe sit up from this position a couple times so we can watch your abdominals tighten as you sit up. Can your belly go pointed as you sit up? Please do this a couple of times at the end.
