Scarlett is coming to hang out with Whitney and she can't stop squishing Whitney's cheeks. This gives Whitney a better way they can spend their time. Scarlett doesn't believe in that control nonsense that's not real. Whitney however shows Scarlett just how real it is, which leaves Scarlett in a very vulnerable position for her ticklish soles.
