This is my exhaustive tooth brushing I do appreciate my teeth so much, I am lucky to have a perfect dentition since I was a little girl, but I also do everything in my power to take care of it and keep it pearly and healthy. That is why I also brush my teeth twice a day at least and I use an electric toothbrush for three years now. The result is my charming smile you already know! Now you are about to find out how I clean my teeth in depth, this is one of my daily brushings. I use a whitening toothpaste. I don´t know why and how but I always have a sudsy mouth when brushing my teeth and long threads of paste get out of my mouth, so you will see it showing up and sliding through my mouth and lips slowly into the washbasin. I incise in every tooth, every one of their sides, up and laterals to avoid keeping some food rests inside of their spaces. I take my time, yeah, it is always a conscientious task. Finally I rinse my mouth with a no Alcool mouthwash for my delicate gums. One minute or two... and that is it. My breath is now fresh and ready to kiss you!
