An arm cast with a twist. It's stuck to my body! It was really fun feeling the plaster hardening while my arm and my torso fused. Even though it wasn't the most comfortable to rest it was easier than the LLWC. I hope one day I can do a Velpeau Shoulder Spica, that would be a challenge. XOXO Nora
