My boyfriend left me in a Double Shoulder Spica unable to do anything by myself except from checking my phone or reading a book. That's when I tried by all means to remove my cast but it was impossible. I tried bumping it on the floor, the wall, using all kinds of tools: scissors, pliers... no success. I guess I'll have to be like this for as long as he wants. XoXo Nora
