Today I wash my hair in a bathtub full of water. First I dip my head in the tub and hold my breath, then I use shampoo and rinse it in the tub while holding my breath. Then I wash my head in a basin of water and hold my breath there as long as possible, and then I go again for 3 washings in the tub while holding my breath, use hair conditioner and rinse my hair in an upright position with my eyes closed. All the time I am under water and try to pull myself out, I feel as if some keep is holding me and pushing me deeper into the tub!
