In this video I am pedal pumping in my cute black Havianas flip flops. I have natural, unpainted toenails. I am revving the engine and pedal pumping in the flip flops at first but I have to kick them off to do a bit of barefoot pedal pumping as well. Sometimes there is nothing like your bare foot on the pedal!
