Nikki visits the Nursery clinic for a diaper exam. All doctors that work with their patients must wear diapers and must strap them down to the crib to make sure they don't squirm. Each patient will go through different tests which include diaper, butt, and frontal inspection. If they fail the exam they will be stuck in diapers forever and stay for potty training but nobody at the clinic has ever passed potty training.
