Hanging wedgies using a rope and pull up bar! With an atomic hanging wedgie at the end! I pull on the rope to hoist myself off the ground and actually do pull ups while hanging there, not holding the bar, just holing the rope attached to my panties, so it pulls them even higher. I hang in different ways, facing to and away from the camera and swinging and spinning so you see from all angles. I come down and do some atomics and have a wonderful idea to do an atomic hanging wedgie, so that's what happens for the rest of the video!
