Soooo this video didn't really go as planned.. and was very humbling. I recently started going back to the gym (I used to powerlift pre corona) and I figured I'd show you guys some parts of my warm-up. I really thought.. that I was going to, show ya'll how fit I actually am. Was I delusional? Most likely. My only excuse is that I just had a heavy lifting session the day before, but is that even believeable seeing me struggle through these bodyweight squats and banded abductors? I threw in some naked jumping jacks at the end for fun and giggles but I was TIRED. and SWEATY!! Man, I was struggling. I don't even understand how this was so difficult for me, is the secret to my gym succes that I listen to loud techno in my headphones? I don't know. This was a mess. This did not go as planned lol. Just.. just look lmao.
