Himiko Toga, come homes after a long day at school. Just before she’s able to do anything, she gets a phone call from her friend Jessica. Jessica frantically starts telling Himiko about step-brother giving her big wedgies all the time. Himiko has no idea what a wedgie is until Jessica tells her.
