Here you go guys… Here is how I have been finding my inner peace. This is a candlelight solo of me doing a bit of yoga for you. I hope you love it and “Namaste’. Namaste is an aceniet Sanskrit word with Hindu roots that date back to the Vedic era. It means many things and is now more commonly used. It is basically a term of respect towards another, person, entitiy or deity. It can be used as hello, I bow to you, I respect you or farwell or goodbye. Sort of like the term Peace as well. But anyways I hope you all enjoy “Naked” yoga and maybe next time I will do some with another “Naked” partner for you! Enjoy!
