Dee Williams & Tina Lee Comet Dee, the head of the HOA, comes over to her new neighbor Tina's house to greet her and give her some cookies. When Tina realizes that Dee is nothing more than a bored housewife being held down by her husband, she takes advantage and gives Dee quite the thrill.
