I have just come from my training session in the gym... and I want more. I need to strengthen my abs muscles, I have overeaten this summer and my belly is a bit flabby. Let´s go for one more abs series before getting my workout clothes off and having a fresh shower. Come on, you can do it, Angie! I will place my feet on the table in your face so as you can admire my hard thin soles and my calluses while I bend up and down breaking and tearing my abs. But my crunches are not common. Am I common myself any time? I will burp in every crunch I do. I will greet you with a different belch behind my bare feet every time I bend up. Every crunch is harder than the one before. I start gasping, I am a bit breathless. But I always have a burp as a gift for you. This is indeed a double exercise, abs and throat. This is not that easy, man. If only my abs muscles were as strong as my throat is... YOU WILL LIKE IT IF: you just do one crunch a day: when you get up in the morning! LOL HIGHLIGHTED: my suffering face is priceless.
