What does your inner monologue say about you? Do you even have an inner monologue or voice in that head because some people don't. I have one and I find it helps me so much, with being a creative person my inner monologue can be thinking up weird and creative things I can do and use to fuck you but sometimes it has its drawbacks.. I bet if you have an inner voice it isn't so helpful to you, does it humiliate you and put you down? Is it cruel to you, unfair and unkind? You poor thing if that inner voice is against you, it must be so hard living with constant mindfucks from your own mind.
