It is so good for our body to stretch it sometimes, specially when we have just finished doing some sports. My feet are a bit stiff because of my last training days so I need to stretch them. I will also stretch my whole body on the sofa: feet, calves, quadriceps, back, biceps, triceps, shoulders, fingers, neck and.... throat! Yes! My secret technique for stretching my throat is throwing some strong belches out of my mouth. They will leave it like new, full of energy and power.
