I decided to go on a walk to clear my mind. It was a little chilly outside so i grabbed a coat for my walk. I filled up my water bottle and started on my way. I always used to go to this trail when i was younger so i decided to go there. I was familiar with the trail so i wasn't worried about anything. For some reason i was really thirsty and kept my water. About a mile up the trail it hit me. I didn't think i could make it back to my car. I began to regret so much water my bladder felt like it was going to explode. Nothing i tried to do helped i even stopped for a moment in hopes it would go away.
