Facing quite the challenge with all the unpredictable poot surges and stinky butthole outbursts, she's determined not to let the overwhelming aroma infiltrate her nostrils. Josie, the patient's caring girlfriend, must now train herself to change his protective underwear regularly and, most crucially, to hold her breath for as long as possible while doing so, lest she become the patient herself. Although this isn't the Doctor's first time dealing with a case involving uncontrollable poot habits, it is by far, undoubtedly the most difficult and offensive one.
