Dr. Sperma is back and after having my practices and methods reviewed the Big Black Health Society has extended my license. Today I am at the office awaiting a patient, but me being without my glasses, I sort of examine the wrong guy. He was a tad bit older & a whole lot bigger than what I had on my schedule. The key, as with all of my patients, is to get the very best out of them. That is the best specimen possible, and did he ever deliver. Definitely the largest in quantity that I have had in a while, I don't know if it was from utilizing new methods or the fact that he was brand new, a mishap at that! We got what we needed, but I realize that I can't be at work without my glasses.
