This is a nude yoga video. where I start out wearing some tight fitting athleisure wear but I eventually strip down to nude! I am doing poses like downward cat/cow, bridge, some squats and some lunging and stretching from different angles (side view, facing forward, back turned) for the first part. Then fully nude with my yoga ball I first lay with your back over it, then rest my belly on top of it, then lean I on the ball to do some stretches from a side view, then sit on it and bounce facing forward. Finally for the rest I am facing to the side. Would you work out with me?
