Reagan has a new younger neighbor guy that offered to take over all the landscaping duties. Reagan liked the guy's ambition, his good looks and gave him the opportunity. One day the neighbor comes over to cut the grass, trim bushes and trees and generally pick up. This hot day Reagan comes home from the gym to find this guy resting out back of Reagan's house from his hard work.
