I have extremely swollen tonsils, in fact they can touch each other! Get in nice and close with extra lighting to look down my throat to see the swelling. Great views of my teeth, tongue, lips, and uvula, in addition to my swollen tonsils. My mouth drools a lot, spit runs down onto my chest. I cough a lot near the end, too
