It was a busy day for me and now it is time for me to go out for dinner with some friends. Nothing fancy, just a casual dining place with really good chicken tenders. So, I need to get out of this dress and into something a little more comfortable for hanging out with my friends. Just the thought of a nice hot soapy shower has me slipping from business to play mode. I strip down and wash myself as thoroughly as I can, making sure I hit all of my self-care points for this. Once done, I dry off and head to the bedroom to put on my leggings and v-neck shirt. This is so much better!
